sue gillan has been directing talent on stage and screens, in agencies, companies and business schools worldwide for over TWENTY years. at chicago's famed second city improv theater, sue began her career as a resident company actress and writer and went on to direct both their national touring co and RESIDENT stage. from there, she helped launch second city's branded content arm of the business, and began applying the tenets of improv to develop talent AND CURRICULA for companies and schools. in 2013, sue helped LAUNCH chicago’s okrp (Named AdAge 2021 SILVER AWARD WINNER “CULTURE”) and, in her years there, went from BEING okrp’s first creative director to creating the SUCCESSFUL “camp okrp” intern program for CHICAGO’S overlooked talent, to chief talent officer; overseeing HR, REcruiting and Talent Development. sue’s latest role, LAUNCHING THE blac INTERNSHIP PROGRAM AS co-managing director, solidified her beliefs:
